As our name implies -iIntegrity, objectivity, and honesty is the foundation and core values of everything Corporate Integrity does.  We adhere to rigorous research methodologies and strive to provide the most relevant research to corporate governance, risk, and compliance professionals along with the communities and vendors that serve them.

All Corporate Integrity research is intended to be used by our clients. From time to time, clients and third parties seek to cite Corporate Integrity's research - the following outlines Corporate Integrity's research citation policies:

Citation of Corporate Integrity Research

  • Research produced by Corporate Integrity is proprietary to Corporate Integrity and subject to copyright and intellectual property protections.
  • External or commercial citation of Corporate Integrity research is prohibited without our express written permission.
  • Citations must be limited in scope - full reproduction of the Corporate Integrity research is prohibited without express written permission.
  • Citations must be accurately cited in verbatim or briefly summarized within the appropriate context and spirit of the intended Research.
  • Citations of Corporate Integrity research must be attributed in the following manner: Title, Corporate Inegrity, LLC, Date.
  • Full reproductions and/or distributions of Corporate Integrity research is prohibited unless reprints are purchased from Corporate Integrity or the client has received Corporate Integrity's express written permission.
  • Non-client requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Corporate Integrity.
